The history of drugs in music

I don't think anyone reading this will be surprised that drugs and musicians tend to go together, particularly in the rock and rap scenes. Nevertheless, I thought I'd post this article from music news site Blender.com for whoever needs to be reminded how much of the musical creativity and productivity we admire has been facilitated by psychoactive chemicals in one way or another.
